What does your hair color say about you?

At the moment my hair color would probably SCREAM boring and predictable. My hair is naturally a dark brown. Though I have colored it a couple of times. I always go with my usual caramel color with blond high lights. But no more! While its pretty I am looking for a change. I want something BOLD. Something that says hey world look at me. I know longer want to be a shut in. I want to smile brightly and have the world see it.
 
I once wanted something with pink in it. I love pink. I'm definitely a girly girl however I have not reached that level of brave yet. I can just imagine the look of shock on my mom's face when I show up with pink hair. Haha that might just be worth seeing.

But no actually I really want to dye my hair red. Its bold, its beautiful, it says I am ready to take on the world. No more hiding in my room. Its time to be somebody.

So I found these pictures on Pinterest as samples of what I maybe want. Everyone says though red fades ugly. But this is an experiment right? Life is about taking chances and as long as my hair doesn't fall out I will be happy.

 

I wish my hair had voluminous curls like the girl does in the second picture. But unfortunately my hair is straight as a board. In fact curls flee from my hair as soon as they can. If it wasn't so depressing it would be comical. So what do you think? In the first picture I love how the back fades into the red. Am I saying that right? Plus I really love the shape of her BOB.

I do think the bottom color is a bit more interesting. Its beautiful and I love the black in it. It kinda makes her look tough? Is red a tough color? I want to be tough.

But those my thoughts. A new me. I can't wait!
