Well that sounds about right. Sigh...
So what helps you sleep? Chamomile tea, lavender, exercise maybe....a bat to the head?
This is my constant little problem. Whether its stress or loneliness it just doesn't happen. And the little I do manage to get I'm being chased by gangsters with big huge guns (and not the cute ones I read about mind you), or I am in the middle of the ocean being sucked into a massive black vortex, snatched from the grips of loved ones or watching people die. Who's suppose to sleep to that?
Someone please shoot me with a tranquilizer quick!
Enlighten me. What gets you to sleep? Anyone have my problem? Calling 911 here, I need help STAT!
